Account Deletion

You can delete your Alostaz account and all of its data at any time. How depends on your account:

Free trial accounts

If you are on the free trial and have never paid, delete your account yourself:

1. Log in at alostaz.io.
2. Open your profile from the account menu and choose Delete Account.
3. Request the verification code, enter the code we email you, and confirm.

Your account, its database and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Paid accounts

If you have paid for a subscription, the app asks you to contact us instead:

1. Email support@alostaz.io from the email address of your account.
2. Confirm your identity by providing the necessary information.
3. Your account will be deleted after the confirmation process is complete.

The same applies while a bank transfer is under review, after you have received payouts from the referral program, or when your business is linked to ZATCA Phase 2 electronic invoicing.

Note: Your account with all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
